Mouth Guards

If so, you might be experiencing bruxism. Bruxism is the unconscious grinding and/or clenching of your teeth.  It typically occurs at night during sleep and hence, patients are not aware that they are grinding and clenching their teeth. Bruxism can be managed by wearing a mouth guard. This oral appliance is designed by your dentist and custom fabricated to fit your teeth.
